Back in 1992, I had friends that had moved to Huntersville, North Carolina. She helped one buy a condo and another buy a house. They both recommended her. She was great then and great now. I moved to NC in 1995; she found the perfect land for me and my disabled husband. We built a home and now she has helped me sell that very house. She makes me feel very special and did a wonderful job . I did nothing but sign on the lines. That’s a great person!!

Michele and I would like to express how happy we are with Ann Scott and Lake Norman realty! Happy actually doesn't come close to describing what an amazing experience it was. I almost went with another realtor and I am so glad we didn't! Ann was so gracious and showed us 34 houses well actually 35 with the help of Nickie only because Ann had a wedding on Saturday and we gave her like 5 minutes notice that we were flying in from California to look at houses. :-) But that did not stop her she made sure we were well taken care of. To keep a very long story short very honestly there was nothing Ann didn't do she made sure we felt welcome, found us a place to stay laughed at my stupid jokes held our hand through a tough time of loosing my mom but also made sure we found the house of our dreams and when I said 35 that's because we had already gone back to California so our dream house she showed us via facetime at our request and we bought it. Ann also made sure we had all of the information to close and after the sale she dealt with multiple issues she even went to Charlotte to pick up a remote for us that was taken by the staggers , we love Ann and want to tell everyone if you go with another realtor you will never get the amazing treatment we got, and relocating from California Ann probably took 75 phone calls from us and always answered so quickly. I know I have left out many things she did for us but I hope you get to find out for yourself what a wonderful realtor she is and Lake Norman realty is so professional, my Father was in Real Estate for 44 years and my Mother for 38 so I know a good realtor when I see one. She is the BEST!!!
